Description:
after upgrade from Wine 6.5 to 6.6-1 the application "winbox.exe" (https://mikrotik.com/download) does not start


Steps to reproduce:
Install Wine 6.6-1 x86_64, delete ~/.wine, launch "wine winbox.exe" from command line.

After I update from wine 6.5.2 to 6.6.1 I´m getting the same errors of missing DLLs.

This issue has been fixed upstream by this commit: https://source.winehq.org/git/wine.git/commit/55d98c572cdaa9a6554012b9820ba7ff8ccda251
