DetailsDescription:
Attempting to create new materials through any method (create, duplicate, import) causes Cura to crash. The issue appears to be from Arch transitioning to python 3.9, which included an API change in Treebuilder. Upstream has already patched this on tip (https://github.com/Ultimaker/Cura/commit/352fef3efa700b53f308a095c5faa85520d9a4c1#diff-8e2033daadecb1b9e356b942aded06baeccfed8dcac1a3067aeb363c670435e4) Applying this commit ontop of 4.8 release resolves the issue. Additional info: * Version 4.8.0-1 Attached: * Log ouput * Patch generated from upstream commit * Updated PKGBUILD Steps to reproduce: 1. Navigate to material pane (Preference->Configure Cura->Materials 2. Attempt to add a material with either "Create", "Duplicate", or "Import" |
