Description:

All effect sliders are changing their values with mouse over - making it impossible to maintain stable effect values, especially with effects with lots of sliders.

This happens with plasma-desktop 5.21.4-1 but not with plasma-desktop 5.21.3-1. Tested under multiple accounts on multiple machines (AMD and Intel).

It also happens when using the up to date git version of Kdenlive (21.07.70.r14300-1 right now)

Steps to reproduce:
===================
* Add a video clip to the timeline
* select the clip
* add an effect:
* "Transform, Distort and Perspective" --> Corners
* Try to set a value an keep it :)

Values will immediately change as soon as the mouse touches a slider bar (and there are many! ).
