It would be good to add systemd service for plantuml picoweb
service. Something like this plantuml@.service with port
parameter:
*** [Unit] Description=PlantUML picoweb service After=network.target [Service] Type=simple User=nobody ExecStart=/usr/bin/java -Djava.awt.headless=true -jar /usr/share/java/plantuml/plantuml.jar -picoweb:%i [Install] WantedBy=multi-user.target *** |

not sure, but may be dependencies also can be adjusted because of
for picoweb java-runtime-headless is enough.
