It would be good to add systemd service for plantuml picoweb service. Something like this plantuml@.service with port parameter:

ExecStart=/usr/bin/java -Djava.awt.headless=true -jar /usr/share/java/plantuml/plantuml.jar -picoweb:%i

not sure, but may be dependencies also can be adjusted because of for picoweb java-runtime-headless is enough.
