Description:
The etckeeper zsh completion installs to Debian style /usr/share/zsh/vendor-completions which is not Arch Linux's zsh is configured to use.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Start a clean user profile with zsh shell
2. Check fpath

$ echo $fpath
/usr/local/share/zsh/site-functions /usr/share/zsh/site-functions ...

3. Check completions
$ autoload -U compinit && compinit
$ etckeeper <TAB> # Tab completion does not work

4. Append fpath
$ fpath+="/usr/share/zsh/vendor-completions"
$ compinit
$ etckeeper <TAB> # Tab completion works
