Description:
Some Samsung ML printers no longer work on cups 2.3.3op2 due to the reading timeout being too short. I originally reported this on the GitHub OpenPrinting Cups page (https://github.com/OpenPrinting/cups/issues/171) and there seems to be a working pull request (https://github.com/OpenPrinting/cups/pull/160) Additional info: * package version(s) 2.3.3op2 * link to upstream bug report, if any https://github.com/OpenPrinting/cups/pull/160 Steps to reproduce: Get a Samsung ML printer (mine is an ML-1640 series), get the latest cups in the repos, install splix, and try to print a page. |
