Description:
Since the xserver package was switched back from git to a release version, we can use the PGP-signed tarball again instead of the unsigned git commit. This also removes an invalid/blank "validpgpkeys" line and wraps a long comment.

Additional info:
The patch comments out the git versions instead of removing them in case we want to switch back later on, keeping with the current theme.

The blank validpgpkeys line wasn't fixed though.
