Details

Description: Hexchat crashes if lua is upgraded to 5.4.3-1.

Terminal output:

PANIC: unprotected error in call to Lua API (attempt to call a nil value)
[1] 19250 abort (core dumped) LC_ALL=C hexchat

Additional info:
* package versions: lua 5.4.3-1, hexchat 2.14.3-6

Steps to reproduce: Upgrade to lua 5.4.3-1, install hexchat, choose IRC network, click "Connect".
