Description:

I have the following packages and versions installed:

- dxvk-bin 1.8.1-1
- libdrm 2.4.104-1
- linux 5.11.11.arch1-1
- linux-firmware 20210315.3568f96-1
- linux-lts 5.10.27-1
- mesa 21.0.1-1
- vulkan-radeon 21.0.1-1
- wine 6.5-2

Graphically intensive games (my example is World of Warcraft within wine) freeze taking the whole system with it

Sound effects / music still seem to work for a few seconds after this happens, and if I am quick enough, I can press my power button to trigger a proper shutdown, otherwise the system becomes unresponsive and I have to press the reset button

None of this was happening in the previous linux release ( 5.11.10.arch1-1 ?? ) and the system is stable as expected when I switch over to linux-lts

Steps to reproduce:

1. Boot with kernel provided by linux package
2. Start game
3. After a few minutes, observe system freeze

I'm on linux-lts to submit this bug report, but I'm going to switch back over to linux and see if I can get a fresh crash and hopefully useful logs

Okay, I'm thinking switching kernels was a coincidence, and something else must have been updated or otherwise changed affecting system stability

I'm not even getting the usual log noise from amdgpu anymore, so, let's just assume this is all fixed :)
