The functionality contained in the util folder is missing in the qt5-base package. Such as: util/cmake/run_pro2cmake.py. Qt supports the conversion of pro projects to cmake projects. Using Ninja together can speed up the compilation process. Qt6-base also lacks this directory. Those are developer tools which I don't think are meant to be installed by the package. If you think they should, please ask upstream to provide a cmake option to install them. In the meantime, you can put them in an AUR package.
