I know... It's used by enlightenment, not efl though. Not directly at any rate (a dependency of EFL may in turn use it - I haven't checked). I'll fix this up at the next EFL release when this package needs updating. I'll close for now with "won't fix" as in "won't fix right now, but will next release".
