Description:
After updating to gnome-desktop 1:40.0-1, Super+PgDown does not work as a keyboard shortcut. It can be set as a shortcut, however does not do anything (i.e. setting it to the previous behavior of "switch to workspace below" doesn't work, nor does a custom shortcut executing a command). This does not appear to be a problem in upstream, although I have not tested Fedora 34 myself.

Additional info:
* package version(s) 1:40.0-1
* config and/or log files etc.
* link to upstream bug report, if any

Steps to reproduce:
Update GNOME, try reassigning Super+PgDown to anything using "Settings" (I think gnome control panel?)

Upon some investigation into gsettings, it seems this is because Super+PgDown is currently set to switch-to-workspace-right, which doesn't do anything as gnome-shell is still on 3.38.4. Removing Super+PgDown from the list of shortcuts for this action with

gsettings set org.gnome.desktop.wm.keybindings switch-to-workspace-right "['<Super><Alt>Right', '<Control><Alt>Right']"

fixes the issue
