Description:
After the recent update to libvpx 1.10.0 Gnome Screencast no longer works. Pressing Ctrl+Alt+Shift+R creates an empty file, the red dot appears and won't go away anymore, even after repeatedly pressing Ctrl+Alt+Shift+R again. Journalctl doesn't print anything helpful. Downgrading to libvpx 1.9.0-1 fixes this issue. See https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?pid=1964334#p1964334 Also, https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/70182 looks related. |

Just pushed an updated gst-plugins-good, can you give it a try?
Sure. Would you just tell me the new version of that package, just
to make sure that I test the right on?
Of course, that's 1.18.4-2.
Works again; thanks a lot for the quick fix!
No problem, thanks for testing.
