More information please, hardware specs, other messages above this one. This is just the same as telling us that an application crashes, without telling which application it is and what you're doing at that moment.

This also happend to me when I try install arch-linux on system with only 64MB of RAM. Additional 64 MB solved that problem, but maybe this should be reported and doesn't lead to kernel panic.

its clearly stated in the docs that at least 96mb are recommended, 64mb cannot work
