Description:

spectacle don't need 'qt5-tools' as dependency. 'qt5-base' is just fine.

Additional info:
- package version(s) 20.12.3-1

Steps to reproduce:

- compile spectacle without qt5-tools
- start application after removing qt5-tools from your system
