Description:
The package uses a python2 script2 to generate the help files [1]. Fedora has provided a patch that updates it to python3 [2].

Updated patch cherry-picking [1][2][3] onto 2.10.0 [4], the last commit mentioned in the Changelog from the 2.10.0 tarball, git tree has no tag for 2.10.0.
Diff limited to tools/xml2po.py tools/xml2po/__init__.py tools/xml2po/modes/docbook.py tools/xml2po/modes/gimphelp.py to remove files not shipped in the tarball.
