DetailsDescription: Instead of installing libraries to /usr/lib32, lib32-gtk3 tries to install libs in /usr/lib which is owned by gtk3.

It was fixed by the rebuild (lib32-gtk3 == 3.24.27-2), as my mirrors were outdated I encountered the bug :|
