Description:
ceph seems broken since update of leveldb


Additional info:
* ceph-libs 15.2.8-2


Steps to reproduce:
install ceph (and ceph-libs)

run ceph-mon, see the error message

ceph-mon: symbol lookup error: ceph-mon: undefined symbol: _ZTIN7leveldb6LoggerE
```

Downgrading to leveldb-1.22-2 seems to fix the issue
