Description:
The package has an option dependency on python2 so the package is not present at build time. Python3 is also not present at build time.
All python scripts from the source tarball are changed to use python2. The scripts are not packaged.
The scripts can not be used during build due to python2 not being installed and can not be used later as they are not packaged.
If opensips uses python2 for some purpose, could that reason please be added to the PKGBUILD.

Additional info:
* opensips 3.1.0-1

PKGBUILD.diff drops python2 sed fixes addressed upstream [1] and drops optdepends on python2 as the unpackaged scripts are for the db_text module which is not built, the python module which supports python3 is also not built.
