DetailsDescription:
The upcoming v1.15.0 release will ship with a sysctl config file to raise the systems max UDP readbuffer size. The package should therefore trigger a reload of the sysctl values via postinstall by restarting the `procps` service. See: https://github.com/syncthing/syncthing/pull/7417 |

2. There is no such thing as the procps service.
3. ALPM hooks take care of this.
