Description:
The `mesa` package builds the swrast driver for Vulkan starting version 20.3, but the same driver isn't provided by the 32-bit package.

It would be nice if we can have the swrast Vulkan driver for both 32-bit and 64-bit package, since packages like `steam` require both these versions anyways (at least on systems where installing any of the three other Vulkan drivers don't make sense).

Package version:
* mesa 20.3 onwards

Afaik lavapipe driver is useless for gaming (not efficient enough) so providing the 32 bits is a nonsense. mesa-swrast package is only for testing purpose

Last time I looked steam works fine w/o a Vulkan driver.

Furthermore, there is a genuine concern raised by people that having the software Vulkan driver alongside a full-featured GL driver, can lead to games opting for Vulkan.
Leading to bad overall experience, due to its performance et al.

With above in mind IMHO we don't want a lib32 version, or even a lib64 one either.
