Description:
The standard obs-studio package does not support the "start virtual camera" button, unless the community/v4l2loopback-dkms package is installed.

obs-studio should declare an optional dependency on v4l2loopback-dkms with a description such as "virtual camera support".

Additional info:
* Tested with obs-studio 26.1.2-1 and v4l2loopback-dkms 0.12.5-1
* Installing v4l2loopback-dkms and restarting OBS does add the "start virtual camera" button (at least on my machine :/)
* Thread in the OBS forums that lead me to it: https://obsproject.com/forum/threads/obs-virtual-cam-on-linux.134849/

Steps to reproduce:
* Install the latest obs-studio (version above)
* The "start virtual camera" button (on the bottom right) doesn't appear
* Install v4l2loopback-dkms
* Restart OBS
* The "start virtual camera" now appears
