Details

Gnopernicus (in gnome-extra) has gnome-speech as a dependency. There is no such package in the respitories. This is stumping people who try to do an groupinstall of gnome-extra.

Arjan forgot to merge gnome-speech into arch. He can either remove gnopernicus or merge gnome-speech into arch. Gnome-speech is currently still at http://schoolbak.dyndns.org/gnome25/pkg because of this.
