Description:

`tkremind` is included with the `remind` package. I have the optional dependencies (`tk` and `tcl`) installed. It crashes on startup with the following message in both a gui dialog and in the cli:

```
❯ tkremind
Could not find the 'mime' package -- you must install tcllib.
Please see http://tcllib.sourceforge.net/
```

Additional info:
* package version(s): remind 3.3.1-1, tk 8.6.11.1-1, tcl 8.6.11-1, system is up to date
* config and/or log files etc. (see included above)
* link to upstream bug report, if any (could not find upstream bug reporting system)

Steps to reproduce:

```
sudo pacman -S remind tk tcl
```

then run `tkremind`

tcllib is current available in the AUR, and should be a optional dependency for remind in the same way tk and tcl are.

Additionally, inetutils should also be an optional dependnacy for `tkremind`, as it provides `hostname` which tkremind also needs.

Bumping this bug WRT tcllib being a hard dependency [1] for TkRemind.
