please create new package variants as the CUDA
counterparts.

This would require someone from Arch to have GPU with rocm support
and who's interested in maintaining that part of the ecosystem. I
neither have the hardware nor time to do so, unfortunately.
PyTorch with ROCm support will be added to the repos as part of
the new ROCm 5.4.3 release.
PyTorch with ROCm support is now in [community-testing]
