Please, would you consider to add shell completion files

To achieve this, you may add these lines at package() function in PKGBUILD file:
# Create directories
install -dm 755 "${pkgdir}"/usr/share/{bash-completion/completions,fish/vendor_completions.d,zsh/site-functions}/
_cmd=./starship/target/release/starship
# generate completion for bash
"$_cmd" completions bash > "${pkgdir}"/usr/share/bash-completion/completions/starship
# generate completion for fish
"$_cmd" completions fish > "${pkgdir}"/usr/share/fish/vendor_completions.d/starship.fish
# generate completion for zsh
"$_cmd" completions zsh > "${pkgdir}"/usr/share/zsh/site-functions/_starship
