Description:
Graphics and input lock when running any (X.org or Wayland) on more than one display.
it should have happened with updates up to the last week or so.

Default session crashing, new user crashes when adding second monitor.

Additional info:
* mesa 20.3.4-3, linux 5.11.2.arch1-1,
* config and/or log files etc.
* link to upstream bug report, if any

Steps to reproduce:
Enable a second monitor with arandr or mate-control-center/gnome-control-center.

Crashes only when the second monitor is attached on the second graphic card.

The bug does not reproduce using linux-lts.
