Description:

Add a hook for generate stripped ucode binary.
Large intel-ucode.img is not needed in /boot.Because imitramfs generators can include microcode binary.

Why not place the ucode in the standard location /usr/lib/firmware/intel-ucode/ as suggested in  FS#59841  as none of the Arch kernels supports late loading any more that is no longer an issue.
It would still need hooks to generate the ucode cpio archive. I believe dracut can already do this itself for both host only and all installed ucodes.
