DetailsDescription:
Add a hook for generate stripped ucode binary. Large intel-ucode.img is not needed in /boot.Because imitramfs generators can include microcode binary. original idea is in https://github.com/anatol/booster/issues/40 Additional info: * package version 20210216-1 |
This task depends upon
FS#59841as none of the Arch kernels supports late loading any more that is no longer an issue. It would still need hooks to generate the ucode cpio archive. I believe dracut can already do this itself for both host only and all installed ucodes.
