Description:

After upgrading to the latest version, when trying to start a new session, I get the following error in the logs:

PermissionError: [Errno 13] Permission denied: 'xpra_Xdummy'

Discovered that the file /usr/bin/xpra_Xdummy does not have the execute permission. After running "chmod +x /usr/bin/xpra_Xdummy" everything works as expected.

* package version(s): 4.0.6-1

Steps to reproduce:
* Upgrade/Install latest xpra package
* xpra start :11
