Description: I use XFCE and have configured that when a window raises itself I switch to the window's workspace, however after telegram-desktop 2.6.1-1 the window brings to my current workspace instead of me switching to the window's workspace.

Additional info:
* package version(s): 2.6.1-1
* Seems that the problem was introduced in https://github.com/telegramdesktop/tdesktop/commit/f9bba753952e110ae388126704b7f664be2ce1ad

Steps to reproduce:
* Configure your window manager to switch to window's workspace when a window raises itself
* Clic in the telegram tray icon

Reason for closing:  Upstream
Additional comments about closing:  Reason for request: It seems that the Telegram developers have no idea how the focus in X11 works, so they closed the upstream issue.
