Description:
since the add of the nexcloud user I have some issue with from scratch install when I user some OCC command because nextcloud user doesn't have write right on file lin /usr/share//webapps/nextcould


Steps to reproduce:
- install nextcloud on clean install
- use occ command like php {{ nextcloud_web_root }}/occ config:system:set trusted_domains 1 --value localhost

@vincent.ducamps: You need to run php as the nextcloud user (e.g. `sudo -u nextcloud php /usr/share/webapps/nextcloud/occ <command>`).

Alternatively you can use the `/usr/bin/occ` command [1], which is a wrapper around /usr/share/webapps/nextcloud/occ and uses the correct user automatically.

I launch my command with nextcloud user but seem that some occ command need write right on nextcloud file and after install nextcloud folder is own by root

@vincent.ducamps: You have to be more specific than "some occ command need write right on nextcloud file".

Please provide the command that you are running and logs of its output.
