Steps to reproduce:
1. Install soapyosmo
2. try to install soapyairspy
3. error:
error: failed to commit transaction (conflicting files)
soapyairspy: /usr/lib/SoapySDR/modules0.7/libairspySupport.so exists in filesystem (owned by soapyosmo)
Errors occurred, no packages were upgraded.
