Dependency `python-jupyter_packaging` is missing - I see that it is listed as a make dependency but for me I need it to actually run. Additional info: * jupyterlab 3.0.9-1 Steps to reproduce: I just installed jupyterlab and wanted to start it with `jupyter lab`. Then I obtained the following error: `pkg_resources.DistributionNotFound: The 'jupyter_packaging~=0.7.3' distribution was not found and is required by jupyterlab` After installing `python-jupyter_packaging` it runs just fine. |
