DetailsI have proposal to modify /etc/rc.d/dhcpd script in order that system admin could control options passed to daemon. Options could be read from /etc/conf.d/dhcpd file. This prevents annoying warning in /var/log/daemon.log if only one subnet is set.

Seems fine to me, but I would make the default conf.d file exactly what the old arguments are and not assume eth0.
