Description:

`filesystem` package has `/bin/bash` on /etc/shells. I don't really know the reason for it, but I would say it should be inside `bash` package. Also `bash` package should add `/usr/bin/bash` on /etc/shells like other shell packages do. e.g.: https://github.com/archlinux/svntogit-community/commit/ae4c23711d4b0910324daef5f36fd90fff94722c#diff-b8ed749bded0430cadef1458b9f1fd9e82556d9acc19c8af7da2012119ec0f30R2
