DetailsThunar and eg. Gcolor3 start with significant delay without xdg-desktop-portal.service
I have no idea how these are connected, from the package and project description xdg-desktop-portal is only ever useful to flatpak apps which I don't use. I suspect the problem is elsewhere and starting xdg-desktop-portal just does something that unblocks the problem. I'm on wayland / sway / xwayland. This is a recently introduced problem. I haven't had this issue since few upgrades back. |

What other applications start slowly? Did you see anything useful in the journal?
Anyway, I removed wayland support in gcolor3 2.4.0-3 as it's not so good in the current form.
