Details

Whenever I restart the the home-assistant.service, it needs to redo the pip install procedure, eg for sqlalchemy, nabucasa, PyNaCl and several more.
This process can take several minutes until it's finished. It feels like all the thereby installed packages are only kept somewhere in memory and are inaccessible after restarting the service.
Is this the desired behavior? I would assume that a restart of the service should not take overly long.

It does not here and should not anywhere, did you mess with the /var/lib/hass directory permissions?
