I'll keep this open for potential future tier 1 status. Please comment on the report again if you are still interested in 6-9 months.

As the mirror has been out of sync for more than month I'm closing this ticket.
Once the mirror has stabilized feel free to open a ticket to be upgraded to a Tier 1.
