Details

The letter 'E' (capital e) is not showing up (in firefox).

See: https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?pid=1952493

Additional info:
* package version: ttf-nerd-fonts-symbols-mono 2.1.0+36+gd0bf73a1-2

Steps to reproduce:
- Go to https://github.com/dunst-project/dunst/blob/master/test/dunst.c in firefox, or any other website that use monospace fonts.
- Look at the word "TEST".
- The E is not visible.

This is solved by uninstalling the package, and not related to the ttf-meslo-nerd-font-powerlevel10k(AUR) font I have installed.
This task depends upon

A little more info. For some reason this font is prioritized for the character 'E' alone.

```
fc-match -s monospace:charset=0045 | cat -n | grep Nerd
2 Symbols-1000-em Nerd Font Complete.ttf: "Symbols Nerd Font" "1000-em"
fc-match -s monospace:charset=0046 | cat -n | grep Nerd
9 Symbols-1000-em Nerd Font Complete.ttf: "Symbols Nerd Font" "1000-em"
fc-match -s monospace:charset=0043 | cat -n | grep Nerd
9 Symbols-1000-em Nerd Font Complete.ttf: "Symbols Nerd Font" "1000-em"
```

In the meantime you could use a more tailored font configuration file, eg.:
https://gitlab.com/polyzen/dotfiles/-/blob/master/workstation/.config/fontconfig/fonts.conf

I haven't used 10-nerd-font-symbols.conf and don't have this issue.
