Details
Several people reported an issue with not finding a template
css on the nbconvert issue tracker and since it turned out
the all of us are on Arch, it was suggested that this might
relate to the Pacman package
(https://github.com/jupyter/nbconvert/issues/1358#issuecomment-773592797).
I still see this bug when installing with Conda on Arch, so
I don't think the issue is limited to the pacman package,
but everyone else encountering this issue seems to have
installed nbconvert via the pacman package so just wanted to
report it here also.

Fedora does this since pre-6.

> jupyter convert mynotebook.ipynb --to html
gives :
jinja2.exceptions.TemplateNotFound: static/index.css
There in no such a file (index.css) in the github repo downloaded in PKGBUILD (https://github.com/jupyter/nbconvert/archive/6.0.7.tar.gz)
Don't know what to do next...
