Description:

Hello! Using plasma with wayland session. When running some software through XWayland, it crashes and freezes the entire system. For example, launching Firefox browser through Xwayland and trying to minimize the window, the system hangs completely. A similar problem was also noticed when using the application streaming through Discord.

CPU: Core i5-8350U
GPU: UHD Graphics 620

xorg-xwayland-1.20.0.r811.gf08ab719d-1
mesa-20.3.4-1
plasma-meta 5.21-1 (tested on stable plasma, same result)
linux 5.10.11
* config and/or log files etc.
* link to upstream bug report, if any

Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch plasma's wayland session
2. Launch firefox browser throught XWayland(by default)
3. Minimize firefox window
4. The system comletely frozen

Meybe, forget to attach log file. And, possibly wrong severity level. I think, it should be critical. Please, change severity level if possible.

You may want to try to update to latest git commit and if it keeps crashing please report this upstream.

So I have to upgrade to the git version of the xserver-xwayland package?

Please try the new version from extra repo. It has all upstream commits from yesterday. If it still crashes file an upstream bug and prepare to give debugging infos or bisect it.
