After updating spice-gtk from 0.38-1 to 0.39-1 I'm unable to redirect USB devices into any VM.

Additional info:
* package version(s)
libvirt 6.5.0-1
libvirt-glib 3.0.0-2
libvirt-python 1:6.4.0-3
spice-gtk 0.39-1
virt-manager 3.2.0-1

* config and/or log files etc.
When trying to redirect a USB device virt-manager shows a popup:

USB redirection error

spice-client-error-quark: Could not redirect "USB device name" [Vendor:Product] at Bus-Device: Error setting USB device node ACL: 'Error setting facl: Operation not permitted' (0)

USB redirection error

Running virt-manager with "--debug --no-fork" shows

spice-client-glib-usb-helper: Error setting facl: Operation not permitted
[Sun, 24 Jan 2021 21:13:46 virt-manager 21732] DEBUG (error:101) error dialog message:
summary=USB redirection error

Downgrading back to 0.38-1 (and rebooting) allows redirecting the USB device.

Steps to reproduce:
* install update spice-gtk 0.39-1
* try to redirect USB device via virt-manager
