Description: corruption on secondary screens due to xf86-video-intel

Additional info:

Install is up to date.

* xf86-video-intel-1:2.99.917+916+g31486f40-1-x86_64.pkg.tar.zst (16 Jan) fails, reverting to xf86-video-intel-1:2.99.917+914+ga511f22c-1-x86_64.pkg.tar.zst (29 Dec) works

Primary display uses AMDGPU (RX-480) and works correctly, Secondary displays use intel and show lasting corruption when moving windows or when text is entered or added to a window on the secondary displays. Monitors 1 & 2 below are affected and are unusable with the failing driver.
