Description:

After Yesterday's signal-desktop upgrade (from arch official community repo), from v. 1.39.4 to 1.39.5, signal-desktop NO longer can connect/sync. The message error:

> Disconnected
> Check your network connection

This was working fine on prior version. I have set proxy environment variables, such as:

export {use,soap_use}_proxy=on
export {http,https,ftp,rsync}_proxy="http://<proxy_server>:<proxy_port>"
export socks_proxy=
export no_proxy="<comma_separated_list>"

export {USE,SOAP_USE}_PROXY=${use_proxy}
export {HTTP,HTTPS,FTP,RSYNC}_PROXY=${http_proxy}
export SOCKS_PROXY=
export NO_PROXY=${no_proxy}`

Not sure if an issue from the Arch built version, or an upstream introduced issue. I filed an upstream issue any ways as well: https://github.com/signalapp/Signal-Desktop/issues/4864

Additional info:
* package version(s) 1.39.5-1
* link to upstream bug report https://github.com/signalapp/Signal-Desktop/issues/4864
