Description: cinnamon-settings-daemon-4.8.4-1 breaks cinnamon desktop

Up-to-date system, Cinnamon desktop

Upon upgrading from cinnamon-settings-daemon-4.8.3-1 to cinnamon-settings-daemon-4.8.4-1, and reboot :
- Cinnamon broken
- White screen, Panel mostly empty, no access to Menu via mouse, Menu partial with keyboard (no logout/power)

Additional info:
* package version(s) : cinnamon-settings-daemon-4.8.4-1
* config and/or log files etc.
* link to upstream bug report, if any

Steps to reproduce:
- upgrade to cinnamon-settings-daemon-4.8.4-1
- reboot
- login to cinnamon
=> cinnamon broken
- downgrade to cinnamon-settings-daemon-4.8.3-1
- reboot
-login to cinnamon
=> cinnamon working
