Same happens when doing pacman updates inside docker container (for both `run` and `build`) — fired by, for example, `filesystem` package updates. Thanks for the heads up.

I confirm that issue is resolved with
uname -a
Linux work3 5.10.16-arch1-1 #1 SMP PREEMPT Sat, 13 Feb 2021 20:50:18 +0000 x86_64 GNU/Linux
