Steps to reproduce:
1. install `vidcutter` from `community` and launch.
2. load a video => the video preview being black, the timeline being blank, cannot proceed.
3. install `vidcutter-git` from AUR and launch.
4. load a video => the video preview being shown, the timeline being filled with thumbnails, everything works fine.

Attachment shows the "black screen and blank timeline" issue.
