Description:

Wget 1.21 has been released. I would like to use this opportunity to ask you to build Wget with OpenSSL temporarily while GnuTLS contains major breaking bugs:

- https://gitlab.com/gnutls/gnutls/-/issues/1131
- https://gitlab.com/gnutls/gnutls/-/issues/1139

Which cause Wget to fail when connecting to lots of servers that use Let's Encrypt certificates. These are upstream library problems that cannot be fixed by Wget, but can be worked around by linking against openssl

Pass `--with-ssl=openssl` to the configure script in the PKGBUILD
